Funky Wednesday

Hi all,

It's Debbie here with a peak of what I've made recently with the amazing Funkyhand Christmas Silent Night download.

These download papers and digistamps are fantastic and it's so great to have an idea, print out the papers and make what you want when you want. That's the beauty of digital crafting.

Here's a little gift box for a Christmas gift.

To make this cute little gift box I dragged 2 backing backing papers over to my craft artist free download programme.

I enlarged the tree paper so that I could cut out 1 tree and use it as a tag.

The template was called a pillow box but it's not what I'd call a pillow box.

I cut it out, scored and punched holes where it indicated then voila!

Why not have a go and post any funkyhand creation over at Get funky and craft. We'd love to see what you make.

Remember we pop a post up every Wednesday and on a Saturday/Sunday.

Have a nice Wednesday.

Team Spirit

Back again,

With a new challenge over at Ruby's Rainbow and it's the lovely Angela's turn to choose the theme which is
'Team Spirit' - Sports.'

I used a 'My Craft Studio' cdrom that had this topper for this birthday card.
It's not my usual type of card but I hope you like it.

I've not had much time to craft this week as I've been drowning in ESA benefit forms as they've decided to transfer my Incapacity benefit to this one. Quite a challenging few days. I've had them for weeks but just couldn't fill them in.They really mess with my head.
Challenges
Hoping to get some time to craft before I go away to Edinburgh for a girlie weekend with my Mum and Sister. Then I travel up to my Mum's in Arbroath and stay with her until I travel home on the Thursday.

Have a super day whatever you're up to.

Yesterday was abit hectic getting organised for a 10am viewing which went well - I hope!!! (we've got another on Tuesday at 4pm so we will see). then I made a birthday card. In the afternoon I had a visit from my friends Sheila and Tom which was lovely.I gave her the birthday card I'd made as it's her birthday today - 'Happy Birthday Sheila'.We had a great catch up and talked plenty about crafting of course. It was so nice to catch up and have a laugh.

I used the bauble paper to form a wreath. They are so easy to cut out.Hope you like it.

Challenges:

Before I go have a look at what my friends brought me yesterday:

Gorgeous aren't they..... I'm so lucky.
Enjoy the rest of your Sunday and happy crafting.

Pillow box for a 21st Birthday!

Hi all,

Not long to go before I draw the candy so if you haven't already entered it then click here.

So what has everyone been up to this week? Anything good.Well I had another house viewing on Wednesday night and we've another tomorrow(Sat) so I've been flicking the duster around today and trying not to make too much mess in my dining room with my crafting... virtually impossible but I'm trying..........
Here's a different type of pillow box to put a gift in for someone's 21st. I used my Polkadoodles Picknix cdrom in Craft Artist and dragged a backing paper onto the template and added some numbers too.I also dragged a paper onto some tag shapes and cut the star out and added a rolled rose I'd made from a die.Quite like this really.
Challenges:

I'll be back over the weekend with a Funkyhand offering.
